Traditional Ukrainian Star sculpture/installation was build in 2017 by Maryna Bilak for Hudson Winter Walk Festival and was part of it for three consecutive years. This brightly lit and colorful star-shaped wooden structure stand eight feet tall with eight rays emanating from the center, and ancient symbol of balance, harmony and equilibrium. Ukrainian Winter Star was displayed at Christ Church Episcopal and St Michael's Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Hudson, NY. Look into process of creating here.
